Privacy is part of protection

Your condominium’s information. In fewer hands.

Resident contact details, vehicle and parking information, visitor records, amenity reservations and bookings, access activity, security reports and confidential corporation instructions deserve the same care as the property itself.

PSG developed its own operational portal instead of placing these core records in a separate commercial guard-reporting platform.

With the portal hosted on virtual private servers administered for PSG, we retain operational control and avoid adding another reporting-software provider to the handling of your condominium’s information.

Our own portal
Purpose-built for PSG’s condominium operations, not a subscription to a separate guard-reporting platform.
A smaller circle of access
Permission-based access for personnel and client representatives according to their responsibilities.
Direct accountability
One security provider to address your questions about guards, reporting and information handling.

Condominium operations

Security built around how condominiums actually operate.

PSG combines lobby service, access control, life safety response, patrols, parking enforcement and documented accountability under property-specific post orders.

02

Patrols and CCTV

Documented patrols of garages, amenities, common areas, stairwells, perimeters and sensitive spaces.

03

Keys, fobs and access

Controlled issuance, returns, contractor access, parking permissions and complete activity records.

04

Emergency response

Elevator entrapments, fires, outages, floods, mechanical failures and severe weather managed under site emergency procedures.

05

MLEO parking enforcement

At approved properties, selected PSG guards with municipal MLEO authorization can issue parking tickets under city rules.

06

Online reporting portal

PSG’s dedicated portal organizes reports, logs, schedules, training, communication and other site activity.

The PSG operating standard

A managed security program, not simply a guard at a desk.

Reliable coverage requires careful recruitment, site-specific training, guard retention, relief planning, supervisor involvement and reports that management can act upon.

  4. 04

    Reporting and improvement

PSG reviews reporting quality, follows incidents and updates training when gaps appear.

Presentation and preparation

Condominium-ready officers.

PSG’s condominium uniform is a formal three piece black suit with a closed collar white dress shirt, black tie, nameplate, approved shield and SECURITY patch.

Training continues after deployment through online learning, virtual sessions, on-site instruction, SOPs, training checklists, evaluations and report review.

Accountable reporting

A reporting portal developed for PSG.

PSG’s internally developed portal manages schedules, attendance, leave requests, training, communication, tasks, daily reports, occurrence reports, incident reports and site logs. It does not add a commercial third-party guard-reporting company to the operational information chain.

Experience with discretion

Real work. Client identities protected.

PSG does not publish a condominium’s name, logo, incidents or a property manager’s endorsement without authorization. Anonymized case studies demonstrate our work while respecting neutrality and confidentiality.
