Team members
PSG’s active organization includes operations, supervision, administration and security personnel.
A condominium cannot operate properly when the desk is left uncovered or every shift brings an unfamiliar face. PSG builds each site around an assigned team, trained relief personnel and a defined escalation structure.
Coverage structure
Regular guards are assigned to the property so they learn the residents, access systems, post orders, emergency contacts and building routines.
Relief guards receive the site information and orientation required for the duties they may cover. Unfamiliar personnel are not treated as interchangeable bodies.
Callouts are escalated to scheduling and operations so replacement options can be activated promptly. Last-minute absences, leaves, replacements and schedule changes are communicated to property management by email.
Supervisors support guards, review concerns, conduct site follow-up and coordinate operational changes with property management.
Shift information, outstanding incidents, keys, access matters and required follow-up are recorded so work does not disappear between shifts.
When a concern is raised, PSG reviews the facts, educates, retrains or applies progressive discipline, and replaces personnel when continued assignment is not appropriate.
Relief response
Response expectations depend on the site location, schedule, staffing model and service agreement. PSG defines the applicable relief and escalation process during the proposal and transition stage rather than advertising a universal time that may not fit every property.
PSG’s active organization includes operations, supervision, administration and security personnel.
The wider licensed guard roster includes part-time personnel who expand scheduling and relief capacity.
Property-specific communication and supervisor responsibilities are established before service begins.
Provider transitions
PSG reviews existing post orders, schedules, keys, access systems, open incidents and management priorities. Guards are assigned and trained before deployment, and reporting procedures are established from the first shift.
