Director
Fawad brings more than 20 years of security experience, a legal education and a Master of Business Administration. This combination of operational experience, formal education and long-term direction shapes PSG’s condominium-focused service model.
He is well versed in Ontario’s Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005 (PSISA) and the Condominium Act, 1998. His work with condominiums across the GTA includes understanding board and property-management expectations, different corporation structures, building operations, amenities, resident activities and the needs of diverse communities.

Manager, Operations & Client Relations
An internationally educated professional, Erum brings experience in operations management, security operations and client relationships. She leads policy development and implementation and serves as a liaison between PSG’s operational teams and clients, supporting clear communication, coordinated service delivery and responsive issue resolution.

Human Resources
Bushra holds two master’s degrees, both in Human Resource Management. She combines advanced HR knowledge with an understanding of the security industry, supporting recruitment, employee documentation, workplace standards and the development of dependable site teams.

Business Administration & Operations Coordination
With business management coursework through the University of Toronto, Ebrahim supports scheduling, operational coordination and communication. His work helps connect staffing requirements, site coverage and day-to-day service needs across PSG’s condominium operations.

Office Manager
Angela manages office administration and supports the records, documentation and internal coordination required behind field operations. Her work helps PSG’s managers, supervisors and site teams receive consistent administrative support.

Head of Information Technology
Ravi leads PSG’s IT support and development team. With expertise in portal development and management, he oversees the continued improvement, maintenance and technical support of the systems used across PSG’s operations. His leadership helps keep the company’s digital tools reliable, practical and aligned with the needs of management, field teams and condominium clients.
